This blog has been sitting dormant for a while and basically just housed my rub recipe that I referenced whenever I needed to make a new batch. Originally I intended this more as a place to post reviews and maybe an occasional recipe or smoker review, I really wasn’t feeling that.
With me starting a new adventure of trying to start my own BBQ pop up business, I really felt like journaling my progress and ideas somewhere beyond Facebook. this seems like the best place for that I think so I’m giving it a fresh start. I’m going to keep this pretty bare bones because I’m not really looking to drive anything from this and is more for me than anything else.
I’ll try to post at least once a week but probably, like most times I’ve really tried to do the blog thing, it will probably die out again after a few weeks. 🙂
